If you want to create an adult character, we could definitely use them. Things will be a bit different for you however. If you choose to be a canon, then you will need to apply for whichever job that canon character has. Example: If you want to be Minerva, you'll need to apply for the Transfiguration Professor job. While with canon characters this is mostly a formality, we also want to make sure that if you're going to play a professor, you can in fact do a good job of it.

If you're creating your own adult character, keep in mind there are still professor positions available that don't require a canon, as well as other professions. If, however, you want to create your own character and have a cannon characters job, while the chances may be slim to none, please feel free to bring it up to an admin and we will see if there is anything we can do.
